Breakfasts are served in the dining room decorated in the true Quebec style of the last century.

Our reason for being:
a good night's sleep and a quality breakfast.

Our daily menu features:

• orange and apple juices •
• assorted yogurts •
• cheeses •
• a variety of breads •
• choice of Viannese pastries •
• tea, coffee, hot chocolate or cold chocolate milk •

In addition, for those with finer taste, a hot meal is served
and prepared with secret ingredients and … lots of love!
This is done every day of the week, bearing in mind
your special tastes, the good nature of the chef and
most certainly the contents of the fridge!

Au Gîte, we take pleasure in feasting the eyes as well as the palate. We will prepare your favorite omelette. It will be accompanied by small round potatoes, endive salad and other delicious fruits and vegetables.

Partake in what has become almost a trademark of your host Denis Boulianne - French raisin toasts, a delightful dish served with a coulis of maple syrup.

Hmmm, can you smell that?
Au Gîte always offers a wide variety of delicious breads, always fresh from the neighborhood bakery.

If your appetite requires more substantial feeding, an English breakfast is offered which includes sausages and eggs, depending on your preference.

A classic: A French crêpe sprinkled with pure maple syrup, with a sidedish of fruits and served with a smile by the staff of the Gîte Olympique.
